Was searching for the map like the posters below me, and found a home made one on google here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/wmute/3941951327/

And that seems to be the only place around with a map I could find, not the official one but it's better than nothing I gues :)

That reminds me strongly of the map that came with Quest for Glory II; drove me mad, as the paper map I had was ripped to the point of making some locations not all that clear.
