Cyclemania

I'm not a big fan of any kind of simulation (cars, planes, tanks, submarines, etc...) because you don't get the feeling of being inside. So, when I received Cyclemania, a motorcycle riding simulation, I didn't expect any major shock. Alas, I was wrong as I'm now completely addicted to the game. Cyclemania is a great success, and I'm going to tell you about.

Cyclemania ist ein launiges Motorradspielchen mit vielen Filmchen voller Digi-Sprachausgabe und noch mehr realistischem Fahrfeeling.

Cyclemania is hardly the motorbike equivalent of IndyCar Racing, but it does give you some adrenalin-pumping moments, and at least you don't have to worry about getting saddle sore.

Full-motion video backgrounds look pretty sharp in high resolution mode. The graphics are block in full-screen mode, and the odd perspective can be frustrating. Cyclemania's nifty backgrounds just aren't enough to make up for mediocre gameplay.

Peli ei vaadi hirveitä, hyvä 386 ja 4 Mt muistia riittävät, mutta CD-aseman on oltava tuplanopeuksinen, muuten maisemat tahmivat pahasti. Tuplaten tunnelma onkin mukava, kauniiden maisemien lipuessa ohitse moottorien vonkuessa mailinälälleen tyydytystä. Taustamusiikkikin potkii, vaikka on se aika yksitoikkoista pidemmän päälle.

Die meisten Zweiradfans haben ihre heißen Öfen mittlerweile kaltgestellt und träumen bereits vom nächsten Frühling. Rechtzeitig zur großen Winterdepression verspricht Accolade allen betrübten Bikern den digitalen Geschwindigkeitsrausch.
