Trivia

The Game Boy of Double Dragon II was actually a localized Kunio-kun game titled "Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun: Bangai Rantou Hen". When Acclaim wanted a Game Boy version of Double Dragon II, Technos Japan simply took an already-made Kunio-kun game and changed the graphics, music and storyline to accommodate Double Dragon's more realistic style.
