At some points during the game, especially once your dungeon holds a large amounts of training creatures, you may find it hard to maintain a good amount of cash. TO HELP AVOID THIS:
«1. Start off each game by first building a treasure room, lair, hatchery, then immediately after that build a large library and research at max. speed until you get the workshop.
2. Dig out a good amount of gold and build yourself a BIG workshop.
3. Put as many 'bad fighters' such as flies, beetles and trolls in the workshop as possible to manufacture traps and doors at a high speed.
4. The cool thing about the workshop is that you produce good for no cost at all, and you can sell them off as soon as you place them. To do so, wait for a few traps and doors to be manufactured and then place them somewhere in your dungeon.
5. Click on the SELL icon in the menu and sell off your traps and doors to win a minimum of 350 GOLD for the cheapest door (wooden door) and trap (poison trap) and A LOT more for more advanced traps and doors.»
(NOTE: The next item the workshop produces in not set randomly. Each item must be present one time for a second one of a kind to be produced. Also, the cheapest door is made first, followed by the cheapest trap, then the next level of door and traps and so on. Therefore, in order to continuously sell off high cost items, don't sell the cheap ones or else the more expensive ones will never get produced. However, more advance items take more time to manufacture, so it is up to you to determine which item is the optimum one to keep your balance high.) |
