TACTCOM, Tactical Communications ist der Name der Zusatz-CD-ROM für DIDs Flugsimulator EF2000. Neben dem Patch auf die aktuelle Version des Spiels findet sich vor allem ein Einsatzplaner auf der CD, mit dessen Hilfe sich einzel- und mehrspielertaugliche Kampagnen erstellen lassen.

Irgendwie kann ich mich des Eindrucks nicht erwehren, daß Digital Image Design mit dem TACTCOM-Set noch einmal kräftig abkassieren will, bevor die Engländer ihrer F-22 Simulation die Starterlaubnis erteilen. Schön, der Einsatzplaner ist leicht zu handhaben und kann auch von weniger versierten Kampffliegern problemlos bedient werden. Aber mal ganz ehrlich: Wer will das schon? Selbst nach etlichen Flugstunden motivierten mich die vom Programm erstellten Missionen noch immer ausreichend, als das der Wunsch nach einer Eingriffsmöglichkeit Gestalt angenommen hätte.
