Description
Elvira Mistress is an RPG/adventure. The game uses a first-person perspective where the hero wonders around solving puzzles and combat with undead creatures that have overrun Elvira’s Castle.
This game features dozens of different death sequences, If the cook in the kitchen kills you for example you can see your head floating in her cauldron.
The game has a real-time combat system, where you have to time your attacks and blocks in order to defeat the enemy.
You never know what lies in the next corner and in what freakish way your corpse will be desecrated if you die. Just make sure you don’t play this game late at night.

Trivia
Elvira, the game's heroine, was sued by Vampira the actress playing in ED Wood's Films. Apparently Elvira had exactly the same looks as the Vampira -- which was no surprise because they both had hosted late-night horror movie shows.
