In Kram the Mad's room, there is a secret door leading to a room. Under the Blankets you'll find: Broom, 79 Gold, 12 Gems, Light Blue Potion, Steel Breast Plate, 2 Firbrand Arrows and a Tesseract Key. (12 on World Map)
"Ironskin" spell scroll hidden in the bushes of the Blind Fish cave (13 on World Map)
In the middle of the monastery near Bilton, among the flowers, "Word of Harm" spell scroll is to be found (19 on World Map)
