Main Menu Inventory access menu Up to all four of the classic Hero Quest board game characters can join together to romp through a dungeon: the Barbarian, the Dwarf, the Elf, and the Wizard. Between dungeon romps, one can upgrade one's equipment...if you have the gold. In some ways, Hero Quest plays like a turn based Diablo. The Wizard and the Elf can choose their specialty in magic Oooh, found a secret door! The Barbarian gets impetuous, and finds himself fighting a Chaos Warrior all by himself.
