Grafikken er mildt sagt ikke imponerende, uden dog at være direkte grim. Lyden er minimal: få eksplosioner, få skrig og anonyme musikstykker, og da voldsniveauet er lidt til grin, mister man hurtigt lysten til at jage eller blive jaget. Set i forhold til spil som Cybermage og ikke mindst Duke Nukem 3D taber Greed dog på alle områder.

None of this really elevates In Pursuit of Greed beyond being another 3D shooter, just as forgettable as the previous 13,356. It doesn't suck, but it doesn't really stand out, either.

Unfortunately, there's just not enough to overcome the outdated graphics and lackluster levels. With competition from Quake and Duke (and soon Prey, among others), In Pursuit of Greed is no more than a blip on someone else's motion scanner.
