Power Play
In Sachen Statistikvielfalt und Spielereien (der Videorecordermodus zur Konservierung der schönsten Spielszenen ist klasse) hängt dieses Programm die gesamte Football-Konkurrenz auf PCs ab. Das eigentliche Spiel fängt aber nur wenig von der prickelnden Spannung ein, die sich bei den kunstvollen Spielzügen des "echten" Joe Montana einstellt. Die Spielfelddarstellung von der Seite ist nicht so übersichtlich wie die der Mega-Drive-Version. Sportspiel-Feinschmecker stoßen bald an die Grenzen der Computerintelligenz: Mit Running-Plays knackt man jede Abwehr. Tolles Drumherum, aber mittelmäßiger Spielspaß.
