Trivia

The front cover box art for this game is taken from the NES Megaman III. So is the enemy robot (Spark Man) on the back of the box (he doesn't appear in the PC game, however).

However, this is not a conversion of any of the NES console Megaman games, but rather an original program created for the PC.
