Monster Bash

In the registered version only, you can press the [Z] and [F10] keys 
down simultaneously to receive five lives. Hold down [Z] first; since 
the [F10] key, by itself, has meaning in the game, the cheat won't 
work if you push both down at the same time and the [F10] is the first 
to register.
