Trivia

Mystic Towers is actually a sequel... of sorts. The character Baron Baldric was first seen in a 2D scroller called Baron Baldric: A Grave Adventure released a year earlier. However only the character of Baldric himself is similar between the two games.

Adult content

Despite its cutesy premise, Mystic Towers masks a decidedly adult streak. Your hero can frequently be seen scratching his crotch area, and statues of nudes can be observed in some of the later levels. When the Baphomet monster attacks, it makes a noise which sounds distinctly like swearing.
