SummaryA fantastic pinball simulation for any PC.
The GoodThere is so much to like about Night Mission Pinball that I can only spend so much time describing it, but here goes:
- Completely tweakable parameters, from the spin of the ball, to the force of the bumpers, to the tilt of the table
- Ball movement is very realistic--ball physics are accurate
- Sound effects are appropriate and good
In addition, subLOGIC added support for color on more systems, fixed the speed problem, and save high scores.
It's really fun to play, in a nutshell. It's also fun to increase the playfield tilt so much that the ball comes rocketing toward you at breakneck speeds :-) Or, you can lower it so much that the ball just wanders lazily around.
The BadNothing--there's nothing not to like. Since they've fixed all the problems of the first version, it's a damn fine game.
