There are four secret warp levels in episode three of Paganitzu. Two of them are actually Chagunitzu levels copied over.
Keith Schuler implemented those as a sort of easter egg, but he never told the guys at Apogee about them until after the game had shipped. So they didn't make it onto the hint sheet that came with the game.

Keith Schuler didn't use a level editor for Chagunitzu and the first two episodes of Paganitzu. He just manually typed the data in for each level.
