Power Play
Puzznic hat auf dem PC praktisch nichts von seiner Faszination eingebüßt. O.K., es fehlen ein paar Levels, doch an den vorhandenen 144 Stück hat man ordentlich zu knabbern. Spielprinzip und Levelgestaltung sind fein ausgeklügelt. Bei der Levellösung steckt der Teufel meist im Detail - von stupidem Rumgeklicke bleibt man weitestgehend verschont. Lobenswert auch, daß der Weg zum Ziel nicht vorgeschrieben ist. Wer bei einem Level nicht weiterkommt, nimmt einfach eine andere "Abzweigung". Sämtliche Grafikmodi sowie Adlib- und Roland-Soundkarten werden unterstützt. Für Tüftler eine sichere Sache.

The Good Old Days
So let's get down to the good things and bad things of the game: What I like is the variations of the basic problem that get more difficult with each level, but never seem to be impossible to solve. That's a very important factor for long-time motivation. What is wasted a bit though is the 2 Player option. You just play one after another. It's pretty stupid and doesn't add anything new to the game. They could have just let that one away if you ask me.
