Despite the title on the box, if it came out in 1994 and has VGA graphics, it's probably Pirates Gold (which has its own entry: http://www.mobygames.com/game/pirates-gold)

It doesn't say it has VGA graphics, does it? The game shots on the rear cover are marked as from the Amiga version. Kixx made some other re-issues of old floppy games on CD; I don't own this one but some others, with no improved gfx in spite of a late publication year.
edit: but I see there was a discussion in the approvement process earlier of whether a DOS version existed as such...
