Star Reach

In most maps, if you destroy all enemies by capturing their planets, you win. The sound and music in Star Reach are pretty good. I find that the music gets repetitive and some of the ships attacking sounds aren't as fulfilling. Overall, I would say this game is well worth a try; me and my friend have had very long nights playing it as its pretty darn fun. Give it a try!

In the strategic game world, there are many contestants but unfortunately not many winners. The game "Star Reach" in North America and "Space Federation" in Europe, from Interplay belongs to the second category because it fails to keep the player's interest until the end.

Fairly challenging and varied computer opponents; nice two-player mode. Graphics and sound effects are mediocre, and there are very few things to build. A simple space-strategy game, but without the depth to keep you interested in the long run.

Grafiken är som tidigare nämnts bra och det hela åtföljs dessutom av musik, som till en början känns modern, pampig och bra, men som det efter några timmar är skönt att kunna stänga av. Space Federation är inte något toppspel, men det har något som ändå gör det värt att spela ett tag. Och då handlar det väldigt mycket om känsla och stämning, lite av en blandning mellan Elite och något konventionellt krigsspel, om ni förstår vad jag menar.

Crash, Boom, Bang! Der ganze Planet explodiert im Intro, und es wird sanft übergeblendet auf einige kämpfende Raumschiffe. Wenn Sie mir zehn Spielen nennen können, an die Sie diese Handlung erinnert, sollten sie schleunigst weiterblättern.
