Bullfrog hatte schon beim Erscheinen von Syndicate angekündigt, dem Spiel eine Datendiskette folgen zu lassen. Auf der einen Seite garantieren die knappen 50 Aufträge nicht gerade ewige Motivation, zum anderen war die angekündigte Netzwerkversion von Syndicate zum ursprünglichen Erscheinungstermin noch nicht fertig.
