Power Play
Ein wenig fade werden sie auf Dauer schon, die Abenteuer in den "Forgotten Realms". Wie gewohnt gibt's an Steuerung und bewährtem Spielprinzip nichts auszusetzen, trotzdem schleicht sich gepflegte Langeweile in den Heldenalltag. Während die Konkurrenz an innovativen Ideen bastelt, kocht SSI das bereits 1988 entwickelte Spielsystem zum wiederholten Male aus. Dagegen ist zwar prinzipiell nichts einzuwenden, so lange die Story die Motivation trägt. Leider enttäuscht Treasures of the Savage Frontier hier etwas. Ging es im Vorgänger den Monstern noch recht frisch an die Gurgel, dümpelt die aktuelle Geschichte etwas gequält über den Monitor.
