U.S. Navy Fighters

This is THE GAME for you if you're a fan of flight simulation and airplane combat simulators. You can fly any kind of plane you want, even a Russian SU-33 or a American F-104 from a Aircraft Carrier. The game even includes an incorporated cheat menu for you cheat/trainer fanatics.

Great attention to the details of naval flight operations. A couple of minor techno-gaffes, plus a dire need for the latest CPU in existence. If you've got the horses, this sim will really show you what being a naval aviator is really all about.

It's good - there's definitely no denying that - but at the same time it lacks the sparkle and excitement of some other games on the market, and no amount of sampled "Yahoo!" and yelping "Take him down!" can change that.

Jag är ändå imponerad av US Navy Fighters. Den erbjuder en enorm känsla av realism. Speciellt när man skådar fienden i vitögat i en snabb luftduell. Tyvärr skiljer sig de olika flygplansmodellernas egenskaper i luften alldeles för litet. En mer unik aerodynamisk modell för varje typ hade varit trevligt.

Kompromiset går ud på, at selv om USNF med sin letkøbte, arkade-agtige facon er barnemad for en hardcore-lænestolspilot, opvejer atmosfæren og produktets aura af gennemtænkt kvalitet klart manglerne.

Eigentlich ein prima Spiel, U.S. Navy Fighters: Optionen und Features ohne Ende, eine spannende Handlung, guter Sound und optimale Ausnutzung der CD-ROM. Wenn da nicht die Grafik wäre, die durch Unzulänglichkeiten alles wieder kaputtmacht.
