Trivia

In the German gaming magazine PC Player (issue 01/1997) Warcraft II: Beyond the Dark Portal received a special award as "Best Add-On in 1996".

Pressing the ENTER key and typing in "disco" and hitting enter again loads up the Warcraft "disco track" that is included as an extra. Alternatively, you can just throw the cd into a cd player and load the last track (Track #18 I believe) to hear the music. It is not played anywhere in the game normally.
