Description

This unofficial scenery disk for Microsoft Flight Simulator 5, created entirely from satellite-generated images, brings you the US capitol, Washington D.C. Soar over bridges and along the buildings of Washington D.C.

It includes an VFR area chart of the Washington region (scale 1:250.000). Start your flight from several airports including the Baltimore-Washington international airport, the Washington National, Dulles, and Andrews Air Force Base.

Washington D.C.: Scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator 5 DOS The final predefined flight is a night flight over Washington though it looks a lot more like dusk than night in this cockpit approach view
Washington D.C.: Scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator 5 DOS Still climbing after take-off at Washington and already the limits of the new scenery are apparent. By current (2012) standards the area covered is not that large
