Based on the Japanese manga/anime of the same name, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure
is a 2D fighter from Capcom. Take on the role of one of 18 characters and battle your friends in Arcade Mode, or take on the role of Jotaro "JoJo" Kujo and his friends in Super Story Mode as they battle their way to the evil vampire, Dio Brando, in order to save the world!
A Dreamcast version also exists, but without the Super Story Mode and a couple of missing characters. Both games were ports of Capcom's arcade fighter, JoJo's Venture
and its update, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure
- "JoJo no Kiimyo na Bouken" -- Literal Japanese title

There are two main differences between the Playstation and Dreamcast versions of the game.
The Playstation version contains a "Super Story Mode" which lets you play through the story of the manga using various characters. The Dreamcast version does not contain this option.
The Dreamcast version contains both Jojo arcade games (Jojo's Venture and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure), and you can choose to play either one. Jojo's Venture has less characters than Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure has a special Challenge mode that lets you unlock playable characters when you complete it with certain characters. The Playstation version of the game is a mixture of both arcade games.
