The Playstation adaptation of this forced you to jump through a number of hoops to unlock all the characters and levels. The DC version skips this and has them available from the start.

Street Fighter Alpha/Zero 3 marks the first time ever that U.S. Army partners Charlie and Guile appear together in the same game. Before this, Charlie starred in the Alpha/Zero series, but Guile was absent. Likewise, in the original Street Fighter II and the Super Street Fighter series, Guile was seen, but Charlie wasn't.
