EF2000 (Special Edition)

I just got a new computer and my ef2k v4, plays to fast. Is there a file in the game or the operating system XP HE. that I could tweek to slow the game down so I can land again.

I downloaded and installed CP Grabber , got the screen with slider set at 30%, hit the Start button, with NO slowdown in game. I moved lsider up to 80% with NO change. What am I doing wrong, or does CP Graber dont work on my machine operating system?? Any help would be appreciated.
