Alchemy Ingredients Charts
As you increase your Alchemy skills, you may want to try mixing your own potions. You'll need the proper equipment (i.e. a mortar and pestle) before you can begin.
For the strongest potions, mix ingredients together that have EXACTLY the same positive effect. Also try mixing several common attributes together - Restore Health and Fortify Strength, for instance.
I would suggest saving your game before you start each time, especially if some of the ingredients you plan to use are hard to find or expensive to buy.
The success rate seems to be random, so don't get discouraged if you fail. You'll increase your skills just by trying.
Most of the ingredients have 3 effects - some good and some bad. Since you aren't able to see the higher enhancements when your levels are low, provided in these graphics are the Positive Effects for each one. (I have not listed the Negative effects.)
