eRacer

Description

eRacer is an real-world high octane arcade racing game that, as the title indicates, has some features that make it suitable online. It can be played either over the Internet or through a TCP/IP or IPX LAN. Once online, players are able to compete in challenges, join forces with other player for co-operative play, as well as download new tracks and cars. The game also has support for saving replays that can be send by mail to friends.

Although it is billed as an online racing game, there are still some things for offline gamers as well. There is three game modes, Championship, Arcade and Time Trial. When starting the game four tracks and four cars are available. To unlock the new tracks you have to access the championship. There you have to finish in the top four to get into the next round. As you progress you can acquire more money to upgrade your car. Totally there are 14 tracks and eight cars. Each track can be raced against seven other AI opponents.
