Trivia

Airport level advertisements

In the airport level there are a few advertisements to be found, two of which are about baby's and children which is likely a joke considering this game is about Alma and her pregnancy. This theory can be supported by the fact that this is the only map that has advertisements like these and these are the only advertisements they used and they keep reappearing all throughout the map.

German version

In the German version almost all blood and gore effects were removed, including script sequences and corpses which are part of the level design. Killed enemies almost instantly disappear.

Weapons

Like in it's predecessors, several weapons in F.E.A.R. 3 are designed after real-life firearms. For instance, the Briggs SMG is similar in design to the real-life H&K UMP, the Dual MP-970 combines designs of the real-life PM-98 and Steyr TMP, and the G3A3 Assault Rifle appears to be a hybrid of the real-life Bushmaster ACR and British SA80 assault rifles as well as the TDI Vector submachine gun.

The G3A3 Assault Rifle shares it's name with the real-life H&K G3A3 battle rifle, however, similarities between those two are minimal. Also, the G3A3 from F.3.A.R. seems to have an under-barrel attachment (probably based off a grenade launcher), but has no function in-game.

The Goliath looks like a heavily modified version of the rocket launcher from the Halo series.
