Description

Fairy Jewels 2 is a color-matching game similar to Puzzle Bobble/Bust-A-Move and its variants. The objective is to free fairies by destroying the gems that are trapping them. The player clears a screen full of gems by shooting matching jewels from a magic wand at the bottom.

The game offers two modes. In story mode, a plot is played through cutscenes between the levels. In time mode, the player must complete the levels within a time limit. Each mode has their own set of levels.

Besides the gems, there are obstacles to be avoided or destroyed, and power-ups to be collected. Brick and steel blocks can't be matched. Bombs can explode groups of jewels and bricks. When hit, the morpher object transforms surrounding jewels and bricks in jewels of the same color of the shot.

Each successful match fills with mana slots with the magical powers at the bottom. These powers can eliminate groups of jewels and bricks, display a crosshair for precision shots, or help in other ways.

Coins can be collected and used to rebuild shrines and temples at the level map screen. They award the player with new spells.
