Fate of the World: Tipping Point is a compilation of the original game along with enhancements and additional content. It contains:
For the retail release the original soundtrack is provided on an additional disc. The enhancements to the base game include:
- Redesigned telemetry and UI including a new tech tree interface
- More cards, impacts, and achievements
- New “Easy Mode” for scalable difficulty
The retail release has all the additional content slipstreamed into the main game. Also, for the retail release an effort was made to have the packaging as eco-friendly as possible. The DVD box is made from recycled materials, fully compostable, and all paper materials are made from a mix of recycled paper and wood from FSC certified, responsibly managed source. Also, the CD-ROM itself has been produced as eco-friendly as possible.
