Final Fantasy VIII

Just had the best hour of my day while watching Noah Antwiler's review for FF8. This is pure comedy folks. I haven't had that good a laugh for a long time.

I skipped part 2 and 3, cause they talked about the most tedious things in FF8 like the Junction system and thus were also rather painful to watch.

He's great, that Mentos joke is an instant-classic.

He must love the game very much if he spent so much time and effort to laugh at it. Nice work, I also love FF8.

Well, in this case, he has an unhealthy obsession with something he doesn't like, which is weird. The time spent on ridiculing something everyone know about anyway could have been used to relax a little bit and to enjoy the game. Every time I hear people complaining about the same things in FF8, like broken records, I almost feel pity. It's so easy to enjoy this wonderful game, and yet they are unable to do that.

I'll clue you in man: Its the fanbois that make it worthwhile. Whenever people like you "feel pity" and call it a wonderful game, we griefers of the world smile and get our wings! harrrrharrr harrr

You know what's wrong with you man? Is that whenever somebody doesn't agree with your opinion, you call him names and talk down to him. So I am a fanboy because I like FF8. But of course, you are not a fanboy because you like, say, Wing Commander. Oh no. If you love a game, then it is a good game; if you don't like it, whoever likes it is a fanboy.

Who the hell do you think you are? Why do you think your opinion is more worth than mine? Who gave you the right to talk down to me because I like what you don't like?

Let me break the news to you: people have different opinions. About games, politics, sex, religion, and pretty much everything else. So whenever someone disagrees with you, learn to talk with minimum respect.

You do nothing but talk down to people and laugh at their opinions whenever they differ from yours. So you are a great reviewer and generally an interesting person, but you are also one arrogant son of a bitch. If you don't learn to respect other people's opinions, you'll be beaten one day. Literally. You're lucky that you deal with civilized people here. I really want to see you talking like this to someone who will actually respond with fists.

Hey, what happened with you and that game anyway? You never wrapped up that thread of yours that started so negative.

I'm having a great time with this game. It just gets better the more I play it. Unfortunately, the first several levels are just way too bland and ordinary compared to what comes afterwards.

The humor improves greatly, too. After the main plot objective becomes clear, things get really hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing walking through that fish city :)
