Description

Flip Words is a word puzzle game, where you basically have to guess a word or name.

When you start a level, you will see at the top the word(s) you have to guess, where all characters are hidden.

In the center, there is a 7x7 big screen, filled with different letters. Now you have to create words (three letters or more) in the screen, whereby the first letter of the word will reveal all corresponding places of this particularly letter in the word you search. But you only have 20 turns to reveal letters, otherwise the game will force you to guess the searched word. If you fail the forced guess, it's game over.

Besides revealing letters, the word you creates also gives points, which will rise the score meter at the right side of the screen. Once the score meter is at the top, you get an extra turn. So, the longer those word you create are, the more you score, the more bonus turns you get.

If you think you can't get any suitable words out of the playfield anymore, you have the option to randomize it, but this will also use one of your spare turns. Once you think you know the searched word, you can guess it. If it was correct, you proceed to the next level. If it was wrong, you have lost another turn.

The game also has the option to both store your highscore online, as also to retrieve new words to guess from the internet.
