Description
The first North American appearance of the famed Fire Pro Wrestling series comes to the Gameboy Advance. Commonly considered the deepest (therefore best) pro wrestling game series by many, this GBA launch title introduced many to Fire Pro.
Fire Pro has a stacked roster, comprised of many not-quite-copyright-infringing wrestlers like "The Bionic Man" Steve Majors ("Stone Cold" Steve Austin) and Axe Duggan (Hulk Hogan), and precise controls. These things made Fire Pro very attractive to many fans when it came out, as WCW vs. WWF vs. ECW matches were possible. The controls are much more than the typical "mash buttons until something happens" that were so popular in earlier wrestling games, instead relying on timing to properly execute a move or hold.
