Connection to the movieIncludes several scenes that were cut out of the film at the last minute, including Saruman's death at Isengard at the hands of Wormtongue, Aragorn's fight with the Mouth of Sauron, and Gandalf's confrontation with the Witch King.
InaccuraciesEven though the film calls Aragorn's reforged sword "Anduril" (as the books call it), the game incorrectly calls it "Narsil." This is because in the developer's screenplay the word Anduril was never mentioned.
ReferencesSeveral of the unique items in the game bear the names of the developers as well as those of several fans who created FAQs for the previous Griptonite game, The Two Towers.
