Professional hockey makes its Game Boy Advance debut with NHL 2002, including all the star players and slap-shots of a full NHL season.
Choosing from a complete list of 2002 teams and rosters, you can chase the Stanley Cup from opening day to the playoffs. Hockey fans will enjoy the bone-crunching power and cool-finesse of a real hockey match.
Electronic Arts has included several game modes including Practice, Exhibition and a Full Season. You can even pull off one-timers and blocked shots in a head to head match, with up to four players. Multiplayer action requires GBAs and Game Paks for every player and enough GBA Game Link cables to connect all systems.
NHL 2002 may not be flashy, but controls that allow anyone to play like a pro make the first hockey game on the Game Boy Advance enjoyable. You can even save an entire season directly to the Game Pak using a single save file.
This game has been rated "E" (Everyone) by the independent Entertainment Software Rating Board.
