Well, Domark doesn't fit into the SAM release info because it is a middle-hand, and we don't track middle-hands.
But what about Brøderbund? Right now, the release info for the various platforms is haphazard, with some having BB as the developer, some leaving the field blank, implying that the game was developed at home by Jordan Mechner.
This is a bit of a mess, so which way should we have it?

I'm pretty certain that a) Mechner was not an employee of Brøderbund and b) he created at least the original Apple II version more or less on his own.
It is possible employees were involved in most of the ports. I have no sources for any of this, though.

I think the same applies to Choplifter and Dan Gorlin.. Possibly more Brøderbund titles,according to that interview.

My recollection is that the Sam Coupe "port" was a fan job that sought after-the-fact permission for the never-huge computer from Broderbund, who granted authorization (the full extent of their involvement) after being impressed with the quality of the conversion and understanding that the number of people who would see it on that machine either way was probably in the low three digits.
