Polecam go z czystym sumieniem.

Wario Land II is another reason why Nintendo is best at creating entertaining platformers. It has been a while before a game had me craving for more and Wario Land II had me doing just that. It's the perfect game to accompany you on a long road trip because of its lastability and replayability. I can honestly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

I was quite satisfied with this game. For a long time I had wished there was a platformer, where you couldn’t die, and now I have it. The graphics are the best I’ve seen on GBC, the control is good, and this game is innovative. However, I have two, related nit-picks. I was disappointed that this game only had one save slot. After Super Mario Land 2 and the first Wario Land having 3 save slots, I expected to have more save slots. For families where more than one person uses the Color Game Boy, having only one save slot could be a problem. The other nit-pick is that, if you save a game while playing on a Game Boy Color, you can’t play it on a Game Boy Pocket or an original Game Boy. This can be a pain for those who want to compare the two systems with a single game.

Value for money? Certainly. This game is a great way to show off the Game Boy Color's abilities? Definitely. Is it the best 2D platformer to come out of Nintendo in years? Far and away, yes. Get this game.

Replay is probably the game’s high point. I mean, sure the game itself is fun, but considering the fact that there are six secret chapters, making a grand total of 11 chapters (that’s 55 stages in all), it’s also got quite a bit of staying power, especially since it takes ingenuity to find the secret routes. There’s also the collection system, which involves the treasures hidden in each level and the 50 map pieces. All-in-all, this game is one of the Game Boy Color’s finest.

If you've never played this game on the original Game Boy, you owe it to yourself not to miss it a second time, particularly when it looks so great. If you've played it before, the experience may seem new in color. I can never get enough of this game...and now it's in color. Who could ask for more?

Warioland II's innovative elements sadly stop the game from being much fun. Although it is big and pleasing on the eye, you'd be best off getting Warioland I. If you've already got it, though, and are desperate for a new GB platformer, then Warioland II is a solid, if annoying, bet. Technically head and shoulders above its predecessors in the series, gameplay-wise it is bitterly disappointing.
