Back of Box - GBA (US):
Cure colds in this classic NES puzzle game for the Game Boy Advance!

The simple yet compelling quality of Dr. Mario has made it an enduring classic that continues to infect new fans. Many games have imitated Dr. Mario, but none have succeeded in replicating it. An experiment gone awry has unleashed a slew of viruses onto Mushroom Kingdom Hospital! Help Dr. Mario battle these nasty bugs by throwing multi-colored vitamins at them. Play alone for hours of fun, or spread the Dr. Mario bug to a friend and compete in two-player mode.

www.nintendo.com - Game Boy:
In this fast-paced Tetris-style puzzle game, it's you against the viruses. The viruses have taken over the lab and you must match them with vitamins to zap them out of existence.

Your game will begin by showing you a bottle that has viruses of three different colors inside it. Mario will then toss vitamins (of the same three colors) into the bottle. Using the controller and the A and B Buttons, you must position the vitamins on same-color viruses. When you get four of one color (horizontally or vertically), you will clear that line of vitamins and viruses. You can score more points if you're able to clear more than one line at a time. The strategy comes in knowing when not to clear a line, so you can set up to clear multiple lines.

You can adjust the number of viruses and the speed at which the capsules drop. This game offers 24 levels of increasingly difficulty. With Dr. Mario's two-player Game Link mode, you can test your medical skills against a friend's. Dr. Mario is a puzzle fan favorite, and possibly one of the best road-trip games ever made.

    Hey Doc, gimmie the cure!

White-coated Mario must vanquish pesky little viruses trapped in a bottle. Toss the two-tone capsules at red, blue and yellow beasties. Spin and redirect the capsules as they fall. Connect four capsule halves or viruses of the same color in a column or row, and poof! all will vanish.

Link up with a friend for frenetic multiplayer anti-viral action! You can use either the Game Boy Advance Game Link Cable or the new GBA Wireless Adapter. The goal is to eliminate all viruses before your friend. Two out of three wins!

Dr. Mario - the prescription is fun.

It's Dr. Mario for an intense new challenge! Mario throws multi-shaded vitamin capsules into a bottle that contains an ugly variety of nasty viruses. you can move, shift or spin the capsules as they fall. Arrange them to align with other capsules on top of a virus. If you can get 4 or more of the same shade in a row, POOF! They disappear! Destroy all of the viruses in the bottle and you progress to the next round where things get even more difficult.

Dr Mario, with germs that are fun to catch.
