In a season of endless fighting and brawling, DuckTales 2 serves up a wholesome, fun adventure cart that's "quacked up" for gamers of all calibers, thanks to the difficulty select option. More than just a button pusher this game also requires innovative thinking to make you way through each level's twists, turns and dead ends. Sharp clean graphics, innovative gameplay and an engrossing storyline prove that there's still life for the Game Boy.

Electronic Gaming Monthly (EGM)
Duck Tales 2 was a good idea, but it gets quickly lost on the tiny screen. You get a sense of grand adventure, but the game gets tiresome quickly with so-so graphics and OK control. Capcom has been good at some GameBoy titles in the past but Duck Tales 2 doesn't cut it.
