I recently found out that the PlayStation version does in fact have the Pinball Mania tables as the Pinball Fantasies Deluxe on DOS does, as they appear on the game's front and back covers.

However, there is a difference, as they have to be unlocked first. I'm not sure of the exact method, but one website notes that you have to "score big", so I presume you have to beat the default highscores for the Fantasies tables (16 million for all of them). While I haven't been able to do so, I did manage to find a Japanese site with a GameShark code to unlock all tables (8007F128 0043). I enter that on an emulator, start the game, go to the table selection, press down and then...
