Consoles Plus (Nov, 1995)
La maniabilité est un peu hasardeuse - un temps d'adaptation sera nécessaire pour être précis -, mais la durée de vie est au rendez-vous ainsi qu'un appréciable système de mots de passe.

Although slightly flawed, this is still one of the year's most fun and challenging handheld games. May Super Return of the Jedi be with you this holiday.

THQ, Black Pearl and, obviously, LucasArts have constructed a fine addition to your Gameboy cannon. Super Return of the Jedi doesn't provide the absolute best gaming that your little mighty mite offers but it does present you the fantastic story of Star Wars in one more addictive package. For that fact alone, it's worth the price of admission.

Mit „Super Return of the Jedi“ sind nicht nur SW-Fans gut beraten, auch J&R-Profis treffen hier auf eine neue Herausforderung.

A decent hack-n-slash game that will neither impress nor disgrace. Gameplay is repetitive, but it is a fun side-scroller for a lazy Sunday afternoon. While it wouldn't be worth a full price tag of $29, the $9 price tag makes it affordable. Recommended if you're bored.

Overall, Super Return of the Jedi is a worthy purchase only if you're prepared for a challenge. If you prefer games which at least allow you to get through the first level with a modicum of damage, then this one isn't for you.

Mega Fun (Jan, 1996)
Die Kollisionsabfrage ist eine Katastrophe, und beim Design der Levels wurde offensichtlich das an Hirnschmalz eingespart, was für den Entwurf der hutzeligen Gegnersprites verbraten wurde. Peinlich!
