Het volgende gelicenseerde platformspel, dit keer met Taz in de hoofdrol. En het is nog eentonig en saai ook. Jammer, want de snelheid van het spel ligt hoog en Taz is eigenlijk echt wel okee.
A kinder, gentler Taz spins his way down the tubes with this so-so effort. This ain't no Warner Brother's devil. Use this game for a Frisbee or for mindless entertainment on road trips with the family. Otherwise, just forget it!
Video Games & Computer Entertainment
Yeah, I can get into it; A decent game for the Game Boy, I say. My only complaint is that there just isn't a whole lot of action.
Devotees of hop-n-bop action will find some new challenges in Taz's islands. Beyond that, this cart's worth a quick look to check out Taz in motion, but even the whirling devil himself won't hold you for long.
All Game Guide
Other than its charismatic (and nicely drawn and animated) lead character, Taz-Mania for the Game Boy has very little going for it. The spin move is nice as it speeds up the game and is very powerful. However, it is under-utilized. A few levels littered with tons of enemies that you could plow through would shake up the action nicely.
