I don't shop at the Warner Bros. store and I don't play Warner Bros. games...but I played this one and hey, it's alright! I guess it was just a matter of time before some competent programmers got a hold on this mega license. Now you can wake up on Saturday mornings and play it!

In conclusion, Desert Demolition is a very entertaining game. It makes you feel as if you're controlling a Wile. E Coyote and Road Runner cartoon with your Genesis. If you see this game, pick it up. You'll get a decent amount of fun out of it, especially if you're a Looney Toons fan. It's not a very linear platforming game, but that's what makes it stand out from some of the other Sega platformers that aren't Sonic or Mickey Mouse/Donald Duck. Its late release causes it to be overshadowed though by those popular Sega franchises, which allows you to find the game for a relatively cheap price. And the fact that it was released late in the Genesis' lifespan gives it some more graphical and sound prowess compared to earlier Genesis games.

Like I said earlier, the game is a bit easy. So don't expect to be playing for months. You figure it out within a couple days. But don't let that dissuade you from purchasing it. Even it you're not a fan of the Warner Brothers cartoon show, you're still gonna love Desert Demolition.

I got a kick playing Desert Demolition and if you grew up watching the Bugs Bunny and Road Runner Show on Saturday mornings, this will be your cup of tea. You might finally get your wish of seeing the bad guy get the bird and actually have that delicious dinner he's been dreaming of for so many years.

Fans of the cartoons will welcome these crazy critters into their homes like family. Serious gamers hoping for a challenge won't find it here, however. With only one simple boss to beat at the end, Desert Demolition is easy fun that's entertaining one afternoon but forgotten the next.

Electronic Gaming Monthly (EGM)
While Desert Demolition looks and sounds like the cartoons, but I had a problem with the control. It seems like so much attention was paid to the animation that the gameplay was left unfinished. It hard to avoid getting hit and this gets frustrating. It's nice being able to play as both the Road Runner and the Coyote, but this doesn't make up for the control problems this game suffers from.
