At the title screen, wait until the message "Press Start!" appears and then press the buttons A + B + C together. A hidden parent's options menu will turn up. To play the hidden levels, set mode to "exploratory", difficulty to "hard" and select them from the "goto level" item. Images: (click image to see larger version) Parent's options
