Griddlers Plus is a nonogram (paint-by-numbers) game, where the player must recreate a picture by filling out cells in a grid, based on numeric clues. The game comes with a large number of puzzles with various board sizes; it also supports colored puzzles (with more colors than black and white), diagonal squares (cells with two colors separated diagonally), triangle puzzles (with triangle-shaped boards) and "multi griddlers" which consist of multiple parts, each solved separately.

While solving, the player can ask for hints, up to ten per the puzzle being solved; each hint reveals one filled cell or corrects one mistake. Undo and redo options are also available. It is possible to zoom the grid in or out, and move it around.

Griddlers Plus also includes a search feature to find puzzles by title, and a built-in editor. The game contains ad banners.
