All versions of The Guy Game are banned in the US, courtesy of a lawsuit filed against the publisher and developers by one unnamed coed who turned out to be 17 at the time she appeared in the game.

While this meant that the game had to be pulled from shelves, the developers apparently managed to release a DVD with all the original footage and more, entitled The Guy Game: Game Over!
