Description

Hard To Be A God is an action/RPG based on the science-fiction novel, by the same title, written by the Soviet writers Arkady and Boris Strugatsky, published in 1964.

In the future, mankind dwells into space-exploration, ultimately coming across the planet Tsurinak, where humans lived still in the medieval ages. The player is a newly trained agent of the medieval intelligence from Tsurinak, and has been sent to gather intelligence on a certain nobleman on the Emperor's request.

The player can choose from different abilities to specialize in like heavy, light and ranged weapons, and will have to deal with medieval weapons and enemies from that age, up to a point where he'll meet the Earthlings and acquire futuristic weapons.
