If you look at the Amiga cover on file, you'll see in the fine print that "C64 and Atari ST Harrier Combat Simulator are enhanced versions of programs formerly known as High Roller." Not Amiga, because apparently High Roller never was available for the Amiga. But if you now look at Strike Force Harrier, you'll see that it's developed by the same companies, and published by Mirrorsoft, from which Mindscape licenced Harrier Combat Simulator.
These two releases should be merged, shouldn't they?

You are probably right; especially seeing how similar the screenshots are from the various platforms across the games.
The S.F.H. screenshots for C64 even has three title screens, tagged as one from each of the game names...so the contributor probably knew about them being the same.
