    Goblet of fun

The action level rises in the latest Potter adventure.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione are back! Experience the thrilling moments of the movie and put your magic to the ultimate test in co-operative play with up to two friends.

    Features
    • The game comes to life with characters modeled after their big-screen counterparts and cinematic environments
    • New spell-casting system
    • Wireless functionality
    • Players can use "Accio" to chase down and capture living beans, as well as increase the power of Harry, Ron and Hermione with Collector's and Creature Cards

In past incarnations of the franchise, the Potter bunch would travel around the academy, kickin' it RPG style. But with a more grown-up Potter comes a more action-oriented game. This DS adventure features dungeon crawling from an isometric-view. Have your wand ready because you'll cast your jinxes around every corner.

You'll choose one member of the trio to control, while the others will play under control of the AI. Casting spells is easy enough to learn. One button casts a spell and another casts a charm. All game functions are available through buttons but you can also use the touch screen in some spell-casting situations and to bring up the Folio Universitas.

Using the Nintendo DS wireless function, you and a friend can play a minigame, but you both have to have a Goblet of Fire Game Card.

    Bottom Line

Harry's first DS game is a success and filled with action!
